I found a thoughtful post written by Sharon Astyk on her Casaubon’s Book blog: Eating Animal Products Ethically
It was posted in Comments on The Crunchy Chicken blog under today’s post about Grass fed beef and methane. Sharon’s post is a humongously long read, but it’s loaded with great things to think about. And there are also other great things to think about on The Crunchy Chicken, as always.
Our garden is going to be huge this year, at least compared to last year. However, what we don’t grow ourselves will hopefully be produced and purchased locally.
